YAM112003 è alla ricerca di un/una Project Manager che supporterà il team di lavoro nell'impostazione dei budget, nelle attività di timing dei progetti e nella gestione del rapporto con i fornitori esterni.

Responsabilità:

  • Supporto nella pianificazione delle attività a breve e medio termine.
  • Supporto nella quotazione economica delle attività e nella definizione di scope of work, in collaborazione con il Project e l'Account Manager di riferimento.
  • Supporto al coordinamento del lavoro dei diversi reparti interni all'agenzia.
  • Supporto nel monitoraggio e nell'analisi dell’andamento dei progetti per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche generali e dei costi.
  • Supporto alla produzione di report di progetto.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di 1/2 anni in analoga posizione.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel.
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti e dei principali tools di Project Management (es. Zoho Projects, BaseCamp, Asana, Trello, Wrike).
  • Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo creativo e di produzione.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta.
  • Buone capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e problem solving.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e propensione al lavoro di squadra.
  • Autonomia, affidabilità e responsabilità.
