Quality Control Manager - Medical Devices Business Unit
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and providing guidance to quality control technicians;
- Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effective quality control processes;
- Overseeing product development procedures (from a quality control point of view) to identify any deviations from quality standards;
- Coordinating the inspections final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products;
- Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to, keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis;
- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods;
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors;
- Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong working team.
Job Profile - Education Requirements:
- Proven 5 years of experience as a quality manager;
- A results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures;
- Good technical and IT skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods;
- ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 knowledge is considered a plus.
