Overview Manufacturing Production Lead at Kellanova – Rome, GA Plant. This is an on-site position at a unionized facility. You will lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensure safety and food quality compliance, and drive efficiency and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate production activities— oversee daily line operations, material control, and changeover processes to ensure smooth production flow and compliance with safety and quality standards. Ensure Safety and Quality— monitor and enforce OSHA, food safety, and plant safety policies; perform product quality checks, accurate paperwork, and verify equipment functionality. Lead and Coach Team Members— provide direction to machine operators and material handlers; coach new hires on Autonomous Maintenance steps. Drive Continuous Improvement— utilize digital tools and participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance. Shifts & Schedule - 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM - 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 5:00 AM - Rotation is a 4-3 schedule: four days one week, three days the next. - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. Who We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Knowledge of safety processes and regulations Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with digital tools for production monitoring Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts Commitment to regular attendance and punctuality What's Next Applications for this position will be accepted through February 20, 2026.
