OverviewManufacturing Production Lead at Kellanova – Rome, GA Plant. This is an on-site position at a unionized facility. You will lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensure safety and food quality compliance, and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoLead and coordinate production activities— oversee daily line operations, material control, and changeover processes to ensure smooth production flow and compliance with safety and quality standards.Ensure Safety and Quality— monitor and enforce OSHA, food safety, and plant safety policies; perform product quality checks, accurate paperwork, and verify equipment functionality.Lead and Coach Team Members— provide direction to machine operators and material handlers; coach new hires on Autonomous Maintenance steps.Drive Continuous Improvement— utilize digital tools and participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance.Shifts & Schedule1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 5:00 AMRotation is a 4-3 schedule: four days one week, three days the next.Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday.Who We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDProven leadership experience in a manufacturing settingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as neededKnowledge of safety processes and regulationsMechanical aptitude and familiarity with digital tools for production monitoringWillingness to work weekends, holidays, and variable shiftsCommitment to regular attendance and punctualityWhat’s NextApplications for this position will be accepted through February 20, 2026.
