About us: Mavel Edt is a company specialized in the design and manufacture of electric motors and inverters for mobility.
Purpose:
Mavel Edt has started a process of reorganization and international expansion that provides for the development of the Group.
We are looking for a JUNIOR ANALYST to join the Finance Department, who will actively contribute to improving company processes.
Position:
Reporting directly to Management (CEO/GM), the successful candidate will play an important role in management control, corporate finance and treasury.
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting and sharing activities with the Chinese parent company;
- Preparing periodic reports on costs, revenues, margins, and financial KPIs for management;
- Supporting the monthly and quarterly closing processes (financial statements, account reconciliations, monitoring of variances between budget and actual results);
- Contributing to the budgeting process by collecting data from the various departments;
- Analyzing financial data in Excel to identify trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement;
- Support the analysis of investments or projects;
- Contribute to treasury management: monitoring cash flows and payment deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar;
- Good knowledge of advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and complex formulas)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles;
- Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus;
- Accuracy, analytical skills, aptitude for problem-solving;
- Experience, even if brief, in finance/management control.
We offer
- Direct hiring by the company with a permanent contract, full-time, 40 hours per week;
- Salary approximately between €30,000 and €40,000;
