We’re looking for a Project Manager – Frames Business to join us in Castiglione Olona (VA), Italy .

The role of Project Manager - will involve:
Leading and managing global frames-related projects across ZEISS Vision Care (CZV) entities
Creating and executing project plans aligned with the overall Frames Business strategy
Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
You’ll work closely with global teams and local commercial entities to bring structure, energy, and clarity to evolving priorities. As a Project Manager, you will have:
~ A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
~3–5 years of project management experience—ideally in optics, frames, or consumer goods
~ Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed, international organizations
~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage global teams effectively
~ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Willingness to travel up to 30% globally
