With the strength of ZEISS behind it, this new business is built for growth and innovation—and you can help shape it from the ground up.We're looking for a Project Manager – Frames Business to join us in Castiglione Olona (VA), Italy.Your RoleThe role of Project Manager - will involve:Leading and managing global frames-related projects across ZEISS Vision Care (CZV) entitiesCreating and executing project plans aligned with the overall Frames Business strategyCoordinating cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders worldwideIdentifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budgetDriving execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovationThis is a hands-on role in a newly formed, fast-paced business unit. You'll work closely with global teams and local commercial entities to bring structure, energy, and clarity to evolving priorities. You'll need to pull resources, build alignment, and proactively solve problems in a fast paced and at times ambiguous environment.
