Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in complex payment ecosystems while delivering exceptional customer experiences? The LATAM Partner Management team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our payment performance initiatives for credit card payments. Drive end-to-end program management for card network partnerships, including implementation, monitoring, and optimization of performance metrics
Own incident management processes and partner communications, ensuring quick resolution and minimal business impact
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, facilitating strategic alignment between Amazon leadership and partner stakeholders
Identify and implement scalable solutions to streamline operations and enhance partnership effectiveness
Analyze operational data to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in payments/financial services
Proven track record of analyzing performance metrics and implementing data‑driven improvements
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience managing both internal and external relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage at all levels
Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency
Deep knowledge of card network (Visa, Mastercard) operations and international payment transactions
