Sales Enabler Health & Benefits

WTW è alla ricerca di un profilo da inserire nel team Health & Benefits di Milano.
La risorsa intraprenderà un interessante cammino professionale all’interno della divisione Health & Benefits, area che si occupa della proposizione e gestione dei piani assicurativi employee benefits e di welfare aziendale.
La figura ricercata sarà responsabile del supporto all’attività di vendita del team client facing H&B di WTW Italia attraverso la gestione efficace degli strumenti social.

Il/La Sales Enabler seguirà le seguenti attività:

  • Lead generation attraverso la gestione attiva di strumenti quali professional and social networks etc.
  • Monitoraggio campagne social
  • Organizzazione di eventi corporate dedicati alla promozione dei servizi Health & Benefits;
  • Cura e gestione del piano editoriale in cooperazione con la divisione marketing;
  • Sviluppo e gestione di campagne commerciali corporate (anche in cooperazione con altre divisioni aziendali)
  • Creazioni contenuti per la forza commerciale
  • Collaborazione con il team MKT e comunicazione

Requisiti

Sei la persona giusta se:

  • Esperienza: Hai maturato 2/3 anni di esperienza in ruoli Sales & Digital MKT.
  • Tools: Sai organizzare, monitorare e gestire i task con strumenti digitali (Excel, PowerPoint) e hai lavorato con siti/strumenti di professional network
  • Team player: Hai eccellenti capacità comunicative, sai creare engagement e hai un approccio collaborativo
  • Attitudine: Sei una persona proattiva e sai gestire le negoziazioni
  • English: è richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2)
  • Gradita esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in ambito Digital & Social in primarie agenzie di comunicazione e/o organizzazioni complesse
