On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Top luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join the team of the new Boutique in Milan: Watches & Fine Jewellery Advisor/ TOP LUXURY BRAND/ MILAN Responsibilities: The Client Advisor is expected to show entrepreneurship in order to maximize sales, with the agreement and support of the Boutique Management. Taking initiatives and combining a strategic and spontaneous approach will be key for building a strong and personalised client relationship. Mapping out, networking and reviving dormant accounts are the core of the business development. Propose an action plan to attract identified VIPs to visit the boutique. Offering an ultimate customer 'concierge' service at all times, as well as nurturing the relationships with the clientele are critical to delivery. Established network, mainly local, and trusted advisor of high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment A contributor to both local and global communities with an ability to acquire clients in an emotionally intelligent and sophisticated manner Very strong and thoughtful personal relations skills with clients as well as team members The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience: Relevant work experience in jewellery sector Aligned with the Brand identity, detail oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership and relational skills Passion and high motivation for the luxury environment Fluent English and Italian, other languages are a plus
