Watches & Fine Jewellery Advisor / TOP LUXURY BRAND / MILAN On behalf of our esteemed customer, a top luxury brand, we are recruiting a Watches & Fine Jewellery Advisor to join the new boutique team in Milan. Responsibilities Show entrepreneurship to maximize sales within the agreement and support of the boutique management. Take initiatives with a strategic and spontaneous approach to build a strong and personalized client relationship. Map out, network, and revive dormant accounts as core business development activities. Propose action plans to attract identified VIPs to visit the boutique. Offer an ultimate customer ‘concierge’ service at all times and nurture relationships with clientele. Maintain an established local network and serve as a trusted advisor to high‑net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment. Contribute to local and global communities, acquiring clients in an emotionally intelligent and sophisticated manner. Demonstrate strong and thoughtful personal relation skills with clients and team members. Ideal Candidate Relevant work experience in the jewellery sector. Aligned with the brand identity, detail oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership, and relational skills. Passion and high motivation for the luxury environment. Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
