Head of PV Ground Mounted Division

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the strategic vision for the PV Ground Mounted Division, aligning with the organization's renewable energy objectives. Provide leadership and direction to ensure the successful implementation of ground-mounted solar projects. Division Management Oversee all aspects of the PV Ground Mounted Division, including project development, execution, and ongoing operational activities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the division. Project Portfolio Oversight Manage the portfolio of ground-mounted solar projects, ensuring they meet or exceed performance, financial, and timeline objectives. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project status and milestones. Site Acquisition and Assessment Lead the identification and evaluation of viable sites for ground-mounted solar installations. Direct feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory analyses for potential project locations. Technical Excellence Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the optimal design, engineering, and construction of ground-mounted solar facilities. Drive innovation and the integration of the latest technologies within the division. Regulatory Leadership Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulations governing ground-mounted solar projects. Interface with regulatory authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals. Financial Stewardship Develop and manage budgets for the PV Ground Mounted Division, optimizing financial performance and resource allocation. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality. Stakeholder Engagement and Community. Relations Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, communities, and regulatory bodies. Effectively address community concerns and communicate the benefits of ground-mounted solar installations. Risk Management and Compliance Identify and assess risks associated with project development and execution. Implement robust risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Reporting and Documentation Prepare comprehensive reports on the division's performance, project status, and financial metrics. Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory and internal reporting purposes. Your Profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field. Proven leadership experience in the development and management of ground-mounted solar projects. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of solar energy technologies, engineering principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Analytical mindset, adept at market analysis and data-driven decision making. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Romanian native, English language at an advance level. Driving license and willingness to travel throughout Romania.
