The Admissions Specialist will play a key role in managing the admissions process, acting as a primary point of contact for prospective families and supporting enrollment growth. Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, documentation, and student records.
Act as a key point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing clear, professional, and empathetic support.
Conduct school tours, virtual meetings, and admissions interviews when required.
Enrollment & Data Management
Maintain and update admissions data in CRM or school management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports on applications, enrollments, and conversion rates to support planning and decision‐making.
Work closely with marketing, academic, and administrative teams to align admissions activities with enrollment goals.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection regulations, and school procedures.
Qualifications & Training
Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Full‐time.
