With over 2000 stores around the world, we are close to our customers by inspiring them in their shopping.We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.About the roleContribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brandDeliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyaltyDevelop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing teamMonitor CRM and loyalty KPISManaging customer database quality, integrity and enrichmentPartner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actionsTraining for store teams of the CRM projectsCRM initiatives and loyalty program of OVS, Stefanel, GAP collaborating with the other CRM team members.What We’re Looking ForUniversity background in Economics, Marketing, StatisticsAt least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRMProven experience within the Salesforce ecosystemStrong analytical mindsetSolid project management skillsDigital and innovation-oriented mindsetExpertise in CRM and Retail reportingExcellent communication and presentation skillsTeam player, able to perform in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essentialWhy Join UsIn OVS Group you will find a structured company, a dynamic and strongly results-oriented environment.
