Organize meetings with Financial Advisors and Private Bankers to promote Candriam's solutions and strengthen brand awareness. Map and expand networks through proactive outreach, including cold calling, local corporate retail events, and client meetings. Collaborate closely with the Client Portfolio Management team to stay informed about Candriam's investment strategies and market insights. Prepare, maintain, and update sales presentations and related materials. Profile Experience : 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales or client relationship management within the Italian financial distribution networks (Private Banks, Financial Advisors, or Retail Networks). Strong understanding of the Italian asset management and distribution landscape, with existing relationships considered a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities, grow distribution channels, and maintain long-term client partnerships. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Languages : Fluency in Italian and English is required. Mindset : Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage frequent travel across Italy. Education : University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
