Overview Play a pivotal role in advancing the LEGO Group's digital strategy and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in Italy. This position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Milan and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.
Core Responsibilities Digital Merchandising
Support the team to create the best online experiences including contents, search & discoverability
Monitor the result and be proactive in building actions plan
Follow up on digital campaigns and assist the LEGO customers to deliver plans
Analyze & build promotional activities for the Italian market
Help us innovating with new initiatives to develop sales and elevate the brand experience
Analyze and prepare After Action Reviews for eCommerce communication and activations
Qualifications Knowledge and passion of online market/landscape (Marketplaces, pure players, omnichannel) and of digital marketing levers
Ability to drive multiple diverse projects at the same time and manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn plans into execution/achievements
Proficient in Italian and English
