Overview Play a pivotal role in advancing the LEGO Group’s digital strategy and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in Italy. This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Milan and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.Core Responsibilities Digital MerchandisingSupport the team to create the best online experiences including contents, search & discoverabilityMonitor the result and be proactive in building actions planSupport the team to manage direct requests from customersMarketplacesSupport the team to growth 3P customers on main marketplaces, including scouting new businessFollow up on digital campaigns and assist the LEGO customers to deliver plansBusiness PerformanceFollow up weekly/monthly/yearly sales plan & critical metricsAnalyze & build promotional activities for the Italian marketSupport with business presentations (analysis, team meetings, reports)Retail communication & activationAssist and answer any operational question from the customers or from external agenciesHelp us innovating with new initiatives to develop sales and elevate the brand experienceAnalyze and prepare After Action Reviews for eCommerce communication and activationsQualifications Knowledge and passion of online market/landscape (Marketplaces, pure players, omnichannel) and of digital marketing leversAbility to drive multiple diverse projects at the same time and manage multiple stakeholdersAbility to evolve in a complex international environment in constant evolutionCuriosity, proactivity and great team spiritStrong communicator and collaborator, with a systematic and thorough approachExcellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn plans into execution/achievementsProficient in Italian and EnglishWhat’s in it for you Family Care Leave - We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.Insurances – All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.Wellbeing - We want our people to feel well and thrive.
