pEnlight is seeking a Project Manager based in Italy to lead the construction management of our renewable energy projects across Europe. /p pThis role is part of Enlight’s Independent Power Producer (IPP) platform and offers the opportunity to take an active role in delivering large-scale renewable energy assets, working in a dynamic, international environment at the forefront of the energy transition. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liActing as main leader for project from the project’ Owner position (an IPP), synchronizing all stakeholders to successful implementation. /li liOverseeing construction phase of the project, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and compliance with contractual obligations. /li liLeading internal and external work interfaces including: partners, contractors, global equipment suppliers, service providers, owner’s engineer, legal teams, development teams, local and ministerial authorities, financial institutions, and more. /li liFollow-up and maintenance of project schedule, budgets and cashflow, and identifying improvement possibilities for each /li liAnalyzing key milestones and understanding risks and contractual exposures, elaborating risk mitigation plan and to developing proactive solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 10 years of previous experience in construction project management – a must, 15 years
- an advantage. /li liBachelor’s degree in electrical / civil / mechanical engineering or other relevant fields – a must. /li liHigh level of proficiency in all Office applications including Excel – a must /li liFluent Italian and English – a must. /li liLocation in Italy /li liPrevious experience in the field of renewable energy – a must. /li liExperience in working in Owner/Developer position
- a significant advantage /li liExperience in project construction in South Italy (Pulgia)
