Grado en ADE, Economía o similar con posterior posgrado/máster de especialización en el ámbito Digital & e-Commerce. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el mundo del e-Commerce con scope internacional, preferiblemente en el sector lujo/moda. Buen dominio de las herramientas Excel, PPT, Google Analytics, así como otras aplicaciones similares. Tus principales funciones serán: Liderar la estrategia comercial del canal online, garantizando una adecuada coordinación entre el equipo de HQ y los equipos de estructura locales. Gestionar la operativa diaria de e-Commerce en coordinación con las key areas de la organización, proveedores y franquiciados. Definir la estrategia y coordinar la ejecución con los equipos de Paid Media, CRM & e-Commerce Sales & Operations. Coordinar con Logística y Atención al Cliente la operativa diaria del negocio. Realizar el seguimiento de ventas y principales KPIS, garantizando la consecución de los objetivos marcados. Liderar la implementación de mejoras y/o nuevas herramientas buscando la mejora continua en la web para maximizar ventas, así como la mejora de procesos que permitan una eficiencia en costes. Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para la resolución de problemas y/o incidencias relacionadas con proyectos técnicos.
