Mission:
Assicurare il presidio e il supporto tecnico commerciale alla clientela, diretta e indiretta, di Impiantisti- Installatori-Quadristi dell'Area Commerciale di riferimento orientandone efficacemente le scelte tecniche e gli acquisti verso l'offerta di prodotti / soluzioni Schneider Electric. Garantire il raggiungimento del target di vendita assegnato, in coerenza con gli obiettivi di acquisito, di mix prodotti e livello prezzi affidati all'Area, attuando le politiche e le iniziative commerciali della clientela Impiantisti-Installatori-Quadristi e garantendo un adeguato flusso informativo.

What will you do?

  • Assicurare l'azione di promozione nuovi prodotti e di supporto tecnico ai clienti assegnati avvalendosi del supporto di altri Team Tecnici e Commerciali (Polo Tecnico e Promoter Engineer), nella fase della concezione delle soluzioni tecniche più adeguate al fine di indirizzarne efficacemente le scelte verso prodotti / soluzioni Schneider Electric;
  • Garantire il conseguimento del target di vendita assegnato, in coerenza con gli obiettivi di acquisito, di mix prodotti e livello prezzi della clientela Impiantisti-Installatori-Quadristi di Area curando il mantenimento e lo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi assegnati;
  • Assicurare la pianificazione della propria attività, definendo un planning annuale di presenza presso i clienti affidati e di ricerca di nuovi clienti, al fine di massimizzare il numero e la qualità dei contatti;
  • Curare le presentazioni di nuovi prodotti / soluzioni / formazione alla clientela seguita, coordinando gli interventi con le altre risorse dell'Organizzazione (Business Partner) (es. con i Promoter Engineer, etc.), al fine di aumentare la notorietà e la conoscenza dei prodotti / applicazioni Schneider Electric;
  • Assicurare ai team locali e centrali un flusso sistematico di informazioni marketing e commerciali sulla clientela seguita, al fine di migliorare la conoscenza del mercato di riferimento e di ottimizzare l'azione commerciale dell'Area;
  • Supportare, in collaborazione con l'ufficio di Credit Management centrale, l'acquisizione di informazioni sui clienti / mercato per effettuare una efficace azione preventiva nella gestione del Credito Finanziario;
  • Assicurare la presenza e la qualità dei dati relativi clientela di riferimento nei sistemi informativi aziendali per la ottimale pianificazione delle attività di vendita, della gestione delle opportunità di business e il coordinamento sistematico del flusso d'informazioni marketing e commerciali.
