Ostello Bello è alla ricerca di una/un Head of Reception da inserire all'interno della sede di Milano Centrale con contratto full-time di 40 ore alla settimana a partire dal 12 gennaio 2026.
Raggiungimento degli obiettivi della struttura, sia in termini economici che di qualità dell'esperienza ospite (customer care)
Gestione quotidiana della reception e cura degli spazi comuni dell'ostello
Coordinamento del team: pianificazione turni, gestione ferie, formazione e definizione di obiettivi di crescita professionale
Collaborazione attiva con il responsabile del bar e con le altre figure manageriali per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi condivisi
Attività base di gestione economica e amministrativa, incluse operazioni di contabilità di base
Solida esperienza (almeno 2 anni) in un ruolo di responsabilità, preferibilmente in ostelli o strutture ricettive affini
Competenze nella gestione e motivazione di un team, con un forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
Energia, entusiasmo e una motivazione genuina a lavorare nel settore dell'ospitalità
Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue costituisce un plus
Buona familiarità con strumenti informatici, in particolare software gestionali per prenotazioni e fogli Excel per la reportistica
Completano il profilo eccellenti capacità comunicative, gentilezza nei rapporti interpersonali e una conoscenza di base degli aspetti gestionali e amministrativi legati alla struttura ricettiva.
