Retail Experience Technician Cerchiamo una persona energica, orientata al mercato e fortemente focalizzata al raggiungimento degli obiettivi per una posizione di Retail Experience Technician. La tua missione sarà progettare ed eseguire un piano annuale di marketing adattato ai dealer chiave del Paese/area, fornendo un supporto personalizzato che includa formazione tecnica, conoscenza del prodotto e utilizzo degli strumenti Orbea. Allo stesso tempo, ti occuperai di garantire un'esperienza eccezionale nei test di prodotto e negli eventi, gestendo in modo completo l'operatività, il supporto tecnico e il coordinamento logistico. Cosa cerchiamo: Elevata conoscenza tecnica dei prodotti bici e della meccanica della bicicletta Formazione specifica in Marketing Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in una posizione simile Saranno considerati un plus l'esperienza e la conoscenza del settore Livello alto di inglese indispensabile Padronanza degli strumenti dell'ambiente Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet, ecc.) You will be responsible for designing and executing an annual marketing plan tailored to key dealers in the country/region, providing personalized support that includes technical training, product knowledge, and the use of Orbea tools. Additionally, you will ensure an exceptional product testing and event experience, overseeing operations, technical support, and logistics coordination. What we're looking for: Strong technical knowledge of bicycles and bicycle mechanics Specific training in Marketing Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience and industry knowledge will be a plus High level of English required Proficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.) Availability to work on weekends and during events Work location: Bassano del Grappa (Hybrid position) Competencies: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork Ability to solve problems in real time, plan, and manage operations A collaborative mindset, negotiation skills, systemic vision, and ability to learn What We Offer: Opportunity for growth within an exciting project Work in a dynamic team in the cycling industry Involvement in strategic company projects Be part of an established and growing company focused on innovation and design
