Job Description

Your to-do list :

  • Follow a project from start to end
  • Oversee multiple projects (making sure everything is following the Art Direction and give clear feedback)
  • Preparing graphic assets (banners, images, mockups, presentations) to support the team
  • Making graphics and storyboard adaptations of digital campaigns
  • Following and collaborating with external productions to create video content
  • Designing and producing videos for events and product launches
  • Creating Templates and PPTs / G-Slide to support new business tenders
  • Ensure the development of designs, layouts, and products
  • Taking care of all the design phases: from brainstorming and conception, through to the development of the layouts and the final optimisation (including checking proofs)
  • Developing visuals, including iconic KVs, Photography mock-ups, Art Direction References.
  • Producing ready-to-use templates

Reporting to Head of Art and working with CDs / ECDs, you’ll create visual solutions for every type of client, overseeing and supporting the Design team from a Senior Role point of view.

LePub is looking for a Senior Creative Designer for its Milan offices

Qualifications

If in your past experience you:

  • you've developed at least 6+ years of experience in the same or similar role in International communication agencies
  • you got a good knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, illustrator)
  • you developed a strong knowledge of the Office Suite
  • you developed competences in shooting techniques, storytelling, video editing, motion graphic design, video compression and conversion

If you are/have:

  • Critical eye and willing to do the extra mile
  • Strong Art Direction and Design Layouts
  • Ability from Photography research to Design layouts
  • Strong vision for global clients and projects
  • Ability to speak directly with the client and understand a project's goals and limitations
  • Managing the publications workflow, from creation, through development and print phase
  • Excellent use of design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and AI software
  • Experience working in a collaborative, creative environment
  • A portfolio showcasing your favorite creations.
  • Excellent co-designer, collaborator, and team player
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Very good team player
  • Result-oriented and able to give support on multiple projects
  • Communicator lover, always curious and ready to learn new skills/techniques
  • Good facilitator within the Team and with external partners
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • AI skills great plus
