What is the challenge? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated electromechanical systems, including conveyors, sorters, lifts, and robotic handling equipment. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control issues in coordination with automation and IT teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime. Supervise and mentor junior technicians during maintenance activities and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and documentation requirements. Liaise with OEMs, contractors, and system integrators when required. Technical skills: Technical diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of automated or industrial equipment (intralogistics, packaging, or manufacturing). Desirable knowledge of PLC-based systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley preferred) and electromechanical components (sensors, drives, actuators). Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work on shifts and provide on-call support when needed.
