Il ruolo richiede competenze avanzate nell'automazione industriale e nei sistemi di controllo, con un focus sulla meccatronica e la robotica nei processi industriali. Le responsabilità includono la messa in servizio di impianti complessi, l'ottimizzazione del software PLC e la diagnosi e risoluzione rapida dei guasti. Responsabilità Conoscenza dell'Automazione Industriale e dei Sistemi di Controllo: conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di automazione industriale e dei sistemi di controllo utilizzati nei processi meccatronici e robotici, inclusi sensori, attuatori e sistemi di controllo; familiarità con la componentistica dell'automazione industriale e le pratiche di sicurezza per garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro. Competenze PLC e Software di Programmazione: esperienza consolidata nell'uso di tecnologie PLC e conoscenza approfondita dei software di programmazione come Siemens e Allen-Bradley; abilità nella programmazione di PLC per applicazioni complesse, con competenza nella creazione di software efficiente, ottimizzato e scalabile. Messa in Servizio e Ottimizzazione del Software: capacità di mettere in servizio impianti complessi, comprendendo e implementando le funzioni software in ambienti industriali avanzati; precisione e chiarezza nella scrittura del codice PLC, con capacità di ottimizzare e modificare software esistente per migliorarne le prestazioni e risolvere bug. Diagnostica e Risoluzione dei Problemi: capacità comprovata di identificare e risolvere rapidamente guasti nei PLC e nei dispositivi collegati; competenza nell'analisi dei dati diagnostici e nell'uso di strumenti di debug per identificare le cause radicate dei guasti e implementare soluzioni preventive. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Meccatronica, Automazione Industriale o campo correlato. Esperienza consolidata nella programmazione PLC, preferibilmente nel settore dell'automazione industriale, con focus sulla meccatronica e la robotica. Conoscenza approfondita dei principali linguaggi di programmazione PLC, come ladder logic, structured text e function block diagram. Familiarità con i principali marchi e modelli di PLC utilizzati nell'automazione industriale, come Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, ecc. Capacità di interpretare e comprendere i requisiti di progetto e tradurli in soluzioni software efficaci. Eccellenti competenze di risoluzione dei problemi e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione in ambienti industriali dinamici. Disponibilità a viaggiare per supportare l'installazione e l'avviamento dei sistemi presso i clienti.
