The Solution Designer / IT Integrator is responsible for translating business objectives, functional requirements and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable end-to-end technical solutions. The role acts as the bridge between Business, Architecture and Engineering, ensuring technical coherence across systems, applications, integrations and data flows while supporting successful delivery outcomes. The Solution Designer / IT Integrator drives solution feasibility, end-to-end design, technical alignment and implementation governance throughout the initiative lifecycle. Business & Solution Analysis Ensure traceability between requirements and technical implementation. Define integration patterns, APIs, events, data flows and system interactions. Collaborate with development teams during implementation. Support testing, deployment and production readiness activities. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers and Business stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. API Design Microservices Architecture Data Modelling Cloud & Platform Architecture DevSecOps Observability & Monitoring Systems Integration Agile Delivery Technical Documentation Stakeholder Management Coaching & Mentoring Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience. At least 6 years of experience in the role Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong customer-centric mindset. Fluent English (written and spoken).
