Housekeeping supervisor Season 2024

We are looking for a Housekeeping supervisor for the next season (spring/summer 2024) to join our housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She will Report to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

• Coordinate cleaning activities, planning and distributing room tidying interventions
• Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure the highest standards are met
• Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in the monitoring of housekeeping procedures
• Interaction with all the departments for daily activities

Requirements

• Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background

Other requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
• Italian speaker and good knowledge of English
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of LQA standards

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Housekeeping supervisor
• Start date: April 2024 to End date: September 2024, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Monthly salary gross € 1.670 - 1.870, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
• Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus
