Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all’interno della Business Unit Generazione e Trading, con il ruolo di Junior Site Manager , che ha la principale responsabilità di assicurare il controllo sulla realizzazione degli impianti/opere e di coordinare il gruppo degli assistenti supervisori.
Per quale Business Unit
L’inserimento è previsto all’interno della Business Unit Generazione & Trading , la cui attività è relativa alla gestione del portafoglio impianti di generazione del Gruppo con il duplice scopo di massimizzare la disponibilità e l’efficienza degli impianti, minimizzando i costi di esercizio e manutenzione (O&M) e di massimizzare il profitto derivante dalla gestione del portafoglio energetico attraverso l’attività di compravendita di energia elettrica, di combustibili (gassosi e non gassosi) e di titoli ambientali sui mercati all’ingrosso nazionali ed esteri.
Rientra nell’ambito della Business Unit anche l’attività di trading sui mercati nazionali ed esteri di tutte le commodity energetiche (gas, energia elettrica, titoli ambientali).
Ti occuperai di
- Rappresentare la struttura di Ingegneria verso le imprese esterne, i fornitori e tutti gli stakeholder coinvolti nel cantiere, garantendo il controllo del rispetto del programma e delle disposizioni
- Assicurare, anche mediante la collaborazione con i Field Engineer, la qualità delle opere, dei materiali, delle risorse impiegate, la conformità al progetto ai documenti di Appalto ed il controllo dell’avanzamento dei lavori;
- Assicurare in accordo con il Project Manager, l’emissione ed il trattamento delle Non Conformità di cantiere riscontrate, l’impostazione dei programmi di lavoro (comunicando eventuali scostamenti e azioni correttive) anche attraverso l’organizzazione di riunioni periodiche.
- Gestire la comunicazione della contabilità e dei dati per l’emissione dei SAL;
- Assicurare l’effettuazione delle prove e dei collaudi come previsto dai Programmi di Controllo della Qualità e la verifica che i vari certificati vengano prodotti e raccolti in vista della consegna finale;
- Assicurare e verificare il controllo della documentazione di accesso delle imprese esecutrici, l’aggiornamento delle copie as-built, l’emissione degli elenchi di Punch List;
- Assistere il CSE, nell’organizzazione e convocazione delle riunioni di Coordinamento, nell’attuazione delle misure di prevenzione, nella stesura del Piano di Emergenza del cantiere e nella valutazione delle situazioni di inadempienza da parte delle imprese esecutrici;
- Attività di reportistica, emissione verbali di consegna, Giornale dei lavori e aggiornamento del Database.
Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo
- Laurea in Ingegneria o titolo equivalente;
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa di 2 anni nel settore energy o in ruoli analoghi
- Conoscenze delle normative legislative D.Lgs 81/2008 e delle normative in termini ambiente.
- Completano il profilo: orientamento ai risultati, flessibilità, proattività, public speaking, problem solving, capacità di analisi e di pianificazione sia del lavoro che delle risorse, sapersi assumere le responsabilità, capacità persuasive e relazionali.
