The team Technical Support, Operation and Pilots , within the Customer Success Unit of Gridspertise, is looking for a Project Manager Technical Support.

What you will do:
- Lead and manage multiple projects across the Technical Support and Operations unit, from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are executed on schedule;
- Be the first interface to handle all internal needs;
- Develop and implement structured processes for managing daily technical support operations;
- Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams.
Who you are:
- Master’s degree in Engineering preferably: Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication, with:
- 3 years of experience as project manager within technical areas;
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of project management tools;
- Knowledge of MS Office tools;
- Good knowledge of English.
It would be considered a plus:
- In-depth knowledge of energy distribution systems, smart metering solutions, or digital grid technologies is highly desirable;
- Any other foreign language, especially Spanish.
The scope and the perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel.
