Become part of the F&B Team at our Hotel Gabrielli in the heart of Venice. As an F&B Director, you will oversee the F&B department of the Hotel, inspiring the team to create an extraordinary experience for our guests.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing an F&B strategy, focusing on revenue growth and achieving company-set goals.
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all F&B departments (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Kitchen, Events Sales), delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Preparing annual F&B budgets and managing them in a fiscally responsible manner, ensuring cost controls and adherence to financial goals.
  • Leading and supervising the F&B Team, ensuring everyone is well-trained and motivated.
  • Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the F&B department.
  • Improving the quality of the services offered and diversifying them in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation.
  • Managing F&B operations according to the budget.
  • Production of reports supporting the activities of the F&B direction.
  • Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
