Your Role: Sales Manager

Your mission is to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities for our property. Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
  • Assisting the other departments of the Hotel in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
  • Identifying possible sales opportunities and attending events when requested.
  • Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
  • Coordinating with the Head Office Sales team.
  • Ensuring that Starhotels sales policies and procedures and SOPs are adhered to at all times.
