Per BCC Banca Iccrea all'interno della U.O. Resolution Planning – inserita nell'Area Chief Financial Officer – cerchiamo un/a addetto/a Planning & Controlling Specialist che contribuirà a Garantire l'esecuzione dei processi di pianificazione operativa e di misurazione dei risultati gestionali a livello di singoli aree di business, monitorandone le procedure correlate, gli scostamenti e attuando eventuali azioni correttive a supporto, nonchè presidiare le analisi patrimoniali, finanziarie ed economiche al fine di ottimizzarne i profili e individuando modelli e le metodologie da adottare per lo svolgimento delle attività di pianificazione e controllo di gestione. Queste Le Principali Attività Analisi delle normativa esterna ed interna di riferimento in ambito Resolution Produzione e gestione delle segnalazioni regolamentari (LDR, MREL TLAC, MBDT, Valuation, etc.) Gestione delle nuove progettualità / evolutive in ambito Resolution Supporto nella predisposizione del reporting ordinario e strategico da sottoporre all'Autorità di Risoluzione, Top Management e Organi di Gestione Pianificazione e monitoraggio delle attività assegnate con eventuale gestione delle criticità Requisiti Richiesti Per Presentare La Tua Candidatura Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche / finanziarie Esperienze Pregresse Almeno 2-4 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi o relativi all'ambito risk management o compliance bancaria all'interno di contesti strutturati (es. banche, società di consulenza) Almeno 2-4 anni di esperienza nella predisposizione della documentazione richiesta dall'IRT (progress report, bail-in playbook, FMI contingency plan, etc.) e delle segnalazioni ai fini resolution nonché della relativa documentazione a supporto dell'Autorità, Top Management e Organi di Gestione Completano Il Profilo Conoscenza della normativa bancaria europea (Unione Bancaria, SRM, SSM, etc.) Padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point Problem solving; Orientamento al risultato; Flessibilità; Visione prospettica Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Sede di lavoro: ROMA Orario di lavoro settimanale: 37 ore Contratto: TEMPO INDETERMINATO In caso di interesse, leggi attentamente l'informativa sulla privacy riportata nell'area Privacy del sito web di BCC Banca Iccrea e invia la tua candidatura allegando il cv.
