Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.
Our team of over 400 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle. We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.
The FNTP Director will lead our renewable energy projects from AU approved status through to full notice to proceed (FNTP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Will be responsible for working towards meeting all the necessary requirements for project financing.
Participation in Technical and Legal Due Diligences: will be responsible for leading the due diligence processes, for capital raising, M&A and financing procedures.
Will need to define the strategic plan to bring projects to RTB or FNTP.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled. Engaging in activities to finalize the department's budget and strategic plan.
Will be the responsible person to get “ottemperanza” and executive project approval.
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Review the technical, administrative, and legal documentation.
Proven track record of managing large-scale renewable energy projects in the solar PV or Wind industry from inception to FNTP.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experiences in permitting and authorization of renewable projects in Italy.
Knowledgeable of the environmental and permitting regulation and planning.
