In Cansol progettiamo e costruiamo parchi fotovoltaici ed eolici, oltre a impianti di Biogas e sistemi BESS. Con oltre 3,6 GW installati in grandi impianti in Spagna, Italia e Stati Uniti , garantiamo qualità in ogni fase del progetto , dalla costruzione fino all' esercizio e manutenzione . Siamo in una fase di piena espansione in Italia e, come non può essere diversamente, abbiamo bisogno di inserire risorse nel nostro organico. Cerchiamo un/a General Site Manager o Capo/a Cantiere per i nostri prossimi progetti programmati sul territorio nazionale. Riportando direttamente al/alla Direttore/Direttrice di Progetto/Contratto, ti occuperai di: Controllo economico, puntando all'efficienza in termini di costi, tempi e qualità. Monitoraggio, controllo e report del progetto. Gestione del rapporto con il Cliente. Organizzazione e pianificazione delle risorse interne, sia umane che materiali. Leadership e coordinamento del team di costruzione, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi finali. Gestione di forniture minori. Contatto diretto con fornitori e subappaltatori. Garantire la qualità, la sicurezza e la salute del progetto e delle persone coinvolte. Identificare i possibili rischi e implementare piani d'azione. Requisiti minimi: Formazione tecnica/superiore in ambito Civile, Industriale o simile (altamente valutata la specializzazione in meccanica), oppure Laurea in Energia (valutato positivamente Master in Energie Rinnovabili) o titolo equivalente. Esperienza di 3-5 anni come Capo Cantiere, preferibilmente nel settore fotovoltaico. Precedente esperienza nella gestione di risorse interne e subappaltatori. Disponibilità alla mobilità geografica e a risiedere temporaneamente in base al progetto. Patente di guida. Inglese livello B2. Offriamo: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con periodo di prova di 6 mesi. Stipendio in linea all'esperienza. Corsi di formazione interna. Macchina aziendale.
