Edra Media, realtà leader nello sviluppo della conoscenza in ambito medico-scientifico, ricerca un* Business Development Manager per la propria sede di Milano o Roma. IL RUOLO: Monitorare i trend del mercato pharma / healthcare e l’evoluzione delle esigenze dei clienti; Analizzare i clienti (organizzazione, prodotti, priorità, obiettivi) e definire i piani di account, lavoro e vendita; Rappresentare l’Azienda e il Gruppo presso i clienti assegnati attraverso la promozione, l’ideazione e la proposizione di soluzioni che contribuiscano a supportarne gli obiettivi, congiuntamente con le altre funzioni aziendali; Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio dei clienti assegnati, con l’obiettivo di incrementare e rafforzare la presenza dell’Azienda e del Gruppo sul mercato di riferimento; Interagire con la struttura interna dedicata all’esecuzione dei progetti (ECM, Editoriali, Digitali, ecc..) e il team di marketing; Gestire altre attività inerenti o conseguenti le mansioni di cui ai precedenti punti. CHI CERCHIAMO: La risorsa che vorremmo inserire ha queste caratteristiche: Esperienza minima di 3-5 anni come Account o Business Developer presso agenzie di comunicazione operanti in ambito pharma / healthcare / life science; Conoscenza del mercato della salute (aziende farmaceutiche, nutrizione, medical devices, …) Forte orientamento al risultato e al cliente; Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di ascolto; Ottime doti di negoziazione e persuasione; Forte predisposizione alla costruzione e al mantenimento di relazioni; Flessibilità operativa e disponibilità a viaggiare; Elevate doti organizzative; Ottime capacità di analisi; Capacità di lavorare in team ed in autonomia. L'OFFERTA: Sede: ROMA o MILANO, con possibilità di lavoro in modalità ibrida; Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all’esperienza.
