JUNIOR SALES CONTROLLER

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Controller to support both Financial Controlling and Commercial teams. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands business dynamics, and wants to develop strong analytical, commercial, and cross functional collaboration skills.
You will contribute to financial reporting, cost analysis, and budgeting, while also supporting sales performance monitoring, profitability analysis, and pricing intelligence.
Prepare business cases for new products, pricing changes, and commercial initiatives
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Perform variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
Monitor KPIs, costs, and financial trends
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Conduct deep dive cost analysis to understand cost structures and margin drivers
Perform profitability analysis by product, customer, channel, and region
Support Sales to develop Transfer prices and pricing strategy evaluations
Monitor sales performance, revenue trends, and commercial KPIs
Analyze discounts, rebates, and commercial conditions to ensure profitability
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide insights and improve decision making
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Good command of English and Italian (written and spoken)
Curiosity and willingness to explore data beyond the surface
