For the strengthening of the IT - CRM team in Milan we are looking for a / an : Corporate CRM Specialist The person will be involved in analysis and develop of features to support the activities of our subsidiaries. Main activities The CRM Analyst will be responsible for maintaining customer relationship software; Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth; Create reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics to management and stakeholders; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer experience, retention, and acquisition; Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements; Ensure the data quality and accuracy of customer information; Stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in CRM and customer data management; Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications; Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Welcome experience with Microsoft Dynamics; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; Very good English; Welcome knowledge of a second language.
