For the strengthening of the IT - CRM team in Milan we are looking for a/an:
**Corporate CRM Specialist**

The person will be involved in analysis and develop of features to support the activities of our subsidiaries.

**Main activities**:

- The CRM Analyst will be responsible for maintaining customer relationship software;
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth;
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics to management and stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer experience, retention, and acquisition;
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements;
- Ensure the data quality and accuracy of customer information;
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in CRM and customer data management;
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field;
- Welcome experience with Microsoft Dynamics;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
- Very good English;
- Welcome knowledge of a second language.
