Facility Specialist

We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Our Warehouse in Landriano (PV)

Reporting into: Facility Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites;
• Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers;
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures;
• Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions;
• Manage relationships with external providers, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided;
• Elaborate accurate costs reporting;
• Draw up reports on management results;
• Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc.);
• Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance;
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) to be sent to suppliers and manage good receipt;
• Asset registration / de-registration;
• Elaborate budget reports;
• Archive maintenance reports.

The type of person we are looking for:

• Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering);
• Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies;
• Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aimed at finding the right solution to specific business problems;
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite;
• English: Intermediate, spoken and written;
• Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely;
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders;
• Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment.
