Descrizione della posizione:Greenpeace, la più grande organizzazione ambientalista indipendente al mondo, è alla ricerca di una persona spigliata, appassionata, che creda in sé stessa ed alla possibilità di essere parte di un cambiamento, con precedente e comprovata esperienza nella raccolta fondi, che si occupi di coordinare e affiancare a livello autonomo un gruppo di promoter face to face (fundraiser) per la regione Emilia Romagna (Il lavoro è da intendersi su Bologna e comuni limitrofi. )E' richiesta la conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana (le candidature prive di questo requisito non saranno prese in considerazione).È preferibile che il candidato abbia un'esperienza pregressa circa la selezione, formazione e coaching dei promoter (fundraiser) maturate in ambiti quali la raccolta fondi Face to Face e/o promozionali legati alla vendita.Uno dei task principali del Team Leader sarà l'affiancamento sul campo del gruppo durante l'attività di raccolta fondi presso gli store, le fiere, gli eventi e le piazze delle città dove saremo con le nostre postazioni.Se pensi di avere le carte in regola e la giusta grinta, inviaci la tua candidatura
