Aiuta Complaion nella sua rapida crescita per diventare la piattaforma di riferimento per aiutare le PMI a ottenere, gestire, e valorizzare la compliance, partendo dalle certificazioni ISO. ️ Tre caratteristiche principali: (i) Client-first. Sai come gestire relazioni con clienti, anche su topic complessi e tecnici come la compliance (ii) Struttura. Lavori insieme a prodotto per strutturare le automations, e sales per migliorare il processo.
Lingue: Italiano madrelingua, Inglese Professionale, Spagnolo è un plus.
Ibrido/ Remoto (abbiamo un ufficio a Milano, se vuoi, dove troverai sempre qualcuno). Dopo l'onboarding dei primi mesi, sarai libero di scegliere se ibrido, o remoto.
Nel 2024, essere un'azienda sicura e affidabile non è più un optional. Complaion mira a velocizzare il raggiungimento della compliance combinando un software che automatizza le attività ripetitive e un consulente Partner che si occupa degli aspetti più delicati.
E allora, cosa significa essere un Customer Success Specialist in Complaion?
Come Customer Success Specialist, sarai il punto di riferimento per i Nuovi Clienti. Gestire end-to-end il supporto da zero a certificato: (i) onboarding: supporterai Imprenditori, CEO, COO, CTO, ... nell'onboarding in piattaforma (ii) gestione partners: sarai responsabile della gestione dei partner per garantire un approccio all-in-one (auditors, corsi di formazione, ...) (iii) supporto nel processo: gestirai touch point ricorrenti nel processo per garantire una certificazione veloce ed efficiente
Supportare nella definizione di Strategia, e Prodotto: identificare necessità dei clienti per sviluppare nuovi frameworks, features, o flussi
In breve, le responsabilità di un Customer Success Specialist sono ampie, andando da relazione con clienti, a supporto prodotto, strategia e... Laurea triennale/ magistrale
~2y+ di esperienza Client-facing (Customer Success, Account Management) in ruoli simili - customer service non è Customer Success
~ Livello madrelingua in Italiano + conoscenza dell'inglese è un plus ma non è necessario
~ Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL di €30.000-€40.000, commisurato all'esperienza.

Siamo in uno stadio ancora embrionale: ognuno lavora per portare Complaion in alto, il che implica una continua curva di apprendimento in ogni reparto. Take-home test con Marco (Co-Founder & COO), insieme ad alcuni dei tuoi team members - Lavorerai su un test per valutare le tue competenze correlate ai requisiti.
Round 3: 30 minuti - Ale, Co-Founder & CTO - Step finale per fare un assessment sul fit, ed eventualmente procedere ad offerta, nella chiamata.
