Technical Sales Support Engineer
Duration: Full-time / Permanent
Salary Offer: €30K-€40K annual

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support professional to join our client’s team in Pombia. This office-based role (with smart working one day per week after 6 months of training) combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth by understanding customer needs, preparing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.

Prepare technical-commercial offers for clients
Collaborate closely with internal teams, primarily engineering and project managers
Maintain strong customer relationships and support new product or aftermarket sales

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering , or a related technical field, or a technical institute diploma with a strong mechanical/industrial background
Newly graduated engineers are welcome and encouraged to apply
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
Ability to communicate in Italian and English, written and spoken
Team-oriented mindset with good technical communication skills
Full-time, permanent position with a stable international client
On-site work in Pombia (Novara area) with smart working flexibility after 6 months
