This office-based role (with smart working one day per week after 6 months of training) combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth by understanding customer needs, preparing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.What You'll Do:Prepare technical-commercial offers for clientsCommunicate with customers via email and phone regarding offersCollaborate closely with internal teams, primarily engineering and project managersMaintain strong customer relationships and support new product or aftermarket salesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related technical field, or a technical institute diploma with a strong mechanical/industrial backgroundStrong technical foundation and ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specificationsNewly graduated engineers are welcome and encouraged to applyExperience in industrial manufacturing environmentsAbility to communicate in Italian and English, written and spokenTeam-oriented mindset with good technical communication skillsAvailability to work on-site in Pombia (NO)What We Offer:Full-time, permanent position with a stable international clientOn-site work in Pombia (Novara area) with smart working flexibility after 6 monthsSupportive team environment and growth opportunities
