Would you like to start a new professional adventure as Expert Network Enigneer in one of our opportunities in the chemical world in one of our offices in Milan/Turin/Bologna/Bari/Rome?

What will you do?

  • Support the Global Technical Lead in all requested activities in regards to the Network and Strategic Decisions.
  • Analyze and validate each site's final input data (survey) shared by the Telecom Tech lead.
  • Propose and Adapt the new LAN architecture for each site in the project based on Standard Design and site’s input.
  • Propose a complete Bill of Materials required to implement this new Network architecture.
  • Discuss with the Vendor(s) about Technical expectations, difficulties, questions etc.
  • Approve the Low-level design and Deployment Plan with detailed information.
  • Prepare detailed Action Plan for high-impact migrations.
  • Remotely support migrations & troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Remotely support sites after migrations during a Hypercare period & troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Handover newly deployed architecture to the Run Team.

  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale network infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture engineering, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Strategic proficiency in routing, switching, and wireless communication technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage, inspire, and lead project teams towards achieving collective goals.
  • Familiarity with Cisco 9000 series devices from a project coordination perspective.
  • CCNP certification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and Italian, capable of effective communication in a multicultural environment.
