About the job In this position , you set and lead globa l pl anning strategy a nd gover nance across de m and , s u pply , in ventor y , Sales & Operations Planning ( S&OP ) , and Sales & Operations Execut ion ( S& O E ) . You ensure ac c urate f orecasti n g , optimize d inventory , and stro ng alignment with busi n ess strategy and customer expectations b y drivin g pr ocess s tandardiz ation and enabl ing a dvanced a nalytics . Key responsibilities include : Owning global S&OP and S& O E cycles , ensuring decisions are made , actions tracked , and accountability enforced . Approving demand , inventory , and supply plans and reconciling them against financial targets . Establishing clear planning roles and governance to ensure consistency across regions. Driving collaboration between global and regional planning teams, standardizing roles and processes . Leading global planning improvement programs aligned with strategy . Driving adoption of advanced analytics and digital planning solutions. Partnering with IT and Master Data teams to enable current planning systems and future digital solutions. S tandar dizing planning practices across Make - to - Order and Make - to - Stock process es, taking full ownership of the entire product portfolio from a supply chain planning perspective. The location for this position is globally flexible, preferably close to one of our sites – s uch as F agersta & Stockholm (Sweden), Guanzate (Italy), Pune (India), Bourges & Bouxwiller (Fr ance), Lottum (Netherl ands), Ci echanow (Poland) or Reynoldsville (US). Your profile We're looking for a senior leader with a solid track record in global supply chain management within a multinational, matrix organization, covering end-to-end processes such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP / S&OE. You have led plan ning strategies across complex, multi-reg ion envir onments and are skilled in process standardization. You're familiar with ERP systems , for ecasting tools, and advanced analytics, using data-driven insights to guide decisions. Experience in change management , such as implementing new a dvanced planning systems or harmonizing global processes, is a strong advantage. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English. You're a stra tegic leader who inspires teams and aligns planning with long-term business goals – championing a customer-first mindset into every decision . Being analytical and detail-oriented, you turn complex data into actionable strategies. You'r e an influential communicator who builds trust across functions and geographies.
