In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Sales Specialist Apple.

The specialist will focus on our Apple Business and will have allocated accounts and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio products and vendors pricing. He/she will be part of Apple operations and will provide exceptional service managing customer requests and orders, collaborating with TD SYNNEX internal structure.

Responsibilities:

Builds excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction

  • Contributes to active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
  • Manage reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge
  • Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information , pricing, special offers and promotions
  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers, contributing to solve questions and problems
  • Attainment of Key Performance Indicators ( KPI’s ) such as customer engagement
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
  • Develops partner relationship (including account planning, cross-selling etc.)
  • Provides accurate and timely quotations

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Passion or curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem. A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
  • Pro-activeness and motivation to learn and perform in a selling environment
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Priority management and planning skills
  • Strive to achieve set targets
  • Good relationship building
  • Fluent Italian and good English
