The intern will collaborate closely with our project management team, contributing to the planning, implementation, and oversight of diverse projects throughout the organization. What you will do: Assist the project management team by defining project objectives, developing plans, and setting project timelines. Collaborate on the creation and revision of project plans, considering available resources and time constraints. Regularly monitor project progress, identify any deviations from the planned schedule, and propose corrective actions. Contribute to managing project resources and budgets to ensure their optimal allocation and utilization. Participate in project meetings, document discussions, and compile detailed reports on project progress and outcomes. Work in collaboration with various teams across the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project's lifecycle. Who you are: Seeking a student or recent graduate in Engineering or related field with an appreciation for project management methodologies and tools. Candidate should have outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in communication, presentation, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Requires effective stress management and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Preference for familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project Proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
