RESPONSABILE MARKETING – CATENA ALBERGHIERA
La risorsa sarà responsabile della definizione e gestione delle strategie di marketing e comunicazione del gruppo, coordinando attività corporate e dei singoli hotel per aumentare brand awareness, performance commerciali e qualità dell'esperienza cliente.
Sviluppo e implementazione del piano marketing annuale.
Analisi mercato, trend e competitor per identificare opportunità di crescita.
Coordinamento marketing corporate e locale; Gestione immagine e coerenza del brand; supervisione materiali e campagne.
Coordinamento digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social, CRM, PPC) e presenza online.
Supporto a programmi di loyalty, customer retention e marketing automation.
Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Comunicazione o Turismo; Almeno 5 anni di esperienza marketing, di cui 2 nel settore hospitality/turistico/retail.
Ottima conoscenza digital marketing e analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, PMS).
Ottimo inglese; altra lingua gradita.
