Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking forFront Office Agents.OurFront Office Agentsare the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in delivering a warm, professional, and seamless welcome. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Agent ensures smooth check-in/check-out procedures, efficient handling of guest requests, and overall support in creating an exceptional and personalized stay. The role is structured on rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 excellence in service.Maintain a well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance at all times.
Support night audit procedures and emergency protocols when assigned to overnight shifts.
Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
Previous experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a similar front office role within luxury hospitality.
Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Legal right to work in Italy.
