Mission A successful Solution Consultant supports customers implementing the Kubix Link platform (PLM, PIM, DAM, Kubix Board). You will lead discovery, configuration, training, issue resolution, upgrades and integration with third‐party APIs. Essential Responsibilities Establish effective relationships with clients and key resources. Lead the design and implementation of the Kubix Link platform, identifying application requirements. Maintain detailed project documentation, issue logs and status reports. Schedule, hold and document project team meetings. Coach customers on industry and application best practices. Deliver training and support to users in a live environment. Work closely with the Project Manager, PLM Technical team and Customer Care. Travel to client sites as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in management, computer science technologies, engineering or related area (Master's a strong plus). At least 3 years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions (PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, IT, etc.). Consulting background preferred. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Excellent communication, relational and empathetic approach. Business process understanding and experience in the fashion industry a plus. Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
